Order Processing
After your order is successfully placed, our fulfillment team will begin preparing it for shipment. Most orders take up to 3 business days to complete order verification, product inspection, packaging, and handoff to the shipping carrier.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will usually begin processing on the next available business day.

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, product styles, colors, sizes, or variants, your items may be shipped in separate packages. This can happen when products are stored at different warehouses or fulfillment locations.
Shipping available items separately helps us deliver your order more efficiently. If your order is divided into multiple shipments, each package may be assigned a different tracking number.
Order Changes
If you need to correct your shipping address or update order details such as size, color, style, or quantity, please contact us as soon as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Abcegdjvuehc is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
Missed Delivery Attempts
If the shipping carrier attempts delivery and no one is available to receive the package, the carrier may leave a delivery notice or hold the package at a nearby post office, pickup point, or delivery facility.
Please contact your local carrier directly with your tracking number to arrange redelivery or pickup.
We are not responsible for delays, returns, or failed deliveries caused by missed delivery attempts or failure to collect the package within the carrier’s required timeframe.
Shipping Delays
Although we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, international transit delays, carrier backlogs, public holidays, severe weather, or other unexpected events.
If your tracking information has not updated for more than 7 days, please contact us at support@abcegdjvuehc.com with your Order Number and Order Email. Our support team will help review the shipment status.
Lost Packages
If a carrier officially confirms that a package has been lost during transit, we will review the case and may arrange a replacement shipment when applicable.
Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are not considered lost in transit. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please first check your mailbox area, front door, building reception, neighbors, property management, or local delivery carrier.
Stolen Packages
Abcegdjvuehc is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are later lost, misplaced, or stolen after delivery.
We recommend choosing a secure shipping address where someone can safely receive the package.
